Store Policies

Returns

A receipt is required for all returns or exchanges. NO REFUNDS ON FURNITURE OR MATTRESSES. Furniture and mattresses may be exchanged or returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY within 30 days of purchase and must be in new condition. This policy includes any items purchased and left in the store to be picked up at a later date. Items left in the store longer than 90 days will be returned to stock, a 25% restocking fee will be applied, and any remaining balance will be issued in store credit. Gifts and decor may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.

Special Orders

All special orders (non-stock items) require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Any timeline given for expected arrival date is an estimate only. Orders not picked up within 90 days of arrival will be considered cancelled. After 90 days any refundable amount will be issued in store credit.

Layaways

All layaways require a 25% deposit. Layaways must be paid in full and picked up within 90 days. Layaways not picked up within 90 days will be considered cancelled. Layaways cancelled at any time will be returned to stock and a 25% restocking fee will be applied. Any refundable amount will be issued in store credit.

Pick Up and Delivery

Customers may pick up furniture at our store or we offer delivery for an additional charge. All orders must be paid in full prior to scheduling a delivery. No exceptions will be made. Our delivery process includes set up of furniture and removal of all trash. We ask that all our customers have the room where their furniture is to be placed cleared out. Our delivery associates will not move existing furniture to a different location or remove it from the premises. Due to safety policies, our delivery associates are prohibited from removing their shoes at any time.
