There is no warranty expressed or implied from the manufacturer or The Homestead. In the case of a manufacturer defect, The Homestead reserves the right to determine if a piece will be repaired, replaced, or reordered within a reasonable period of time. This will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Damage due to improper care and use, accidents, abuse, and normal wear and tear are not considered a manufacturer defect.
